Every Friday afternoon in the Village Hall - 1.45 - 2.45pm.
Tai Chi was due to begin on Friday 2nd September but has had to be postponed. It will now start on Friday 4th November.
A low impact way of keeping fit, strengthening your muscles and balance, improving your circulation and also good for Arthritis and Diabetes, Tai Chi also allows you to meet others and make friends.
